The Mohammed Bin Hamad Al Sharqi initiative to empower young people with the support of ENOC aims at qualifying a constellation of young Emirati young men and women to engage in the public or high skills market as a basis for achieving their strategic objectives in empowering young citizens with future skills and making them more ready to deal with the labor market. The initiative includes many courses such as IT skills, business skills and engineering technical skills

 Work Readiness Program

The WRP training will include three months of training, classes, workshops and tasks to qualify and empower young people with professional and professional skills in an educational and practical environment in line with the current and future requirements of the public and private sectors, as well as to promote entrepreneurship by fostering innovation and creative ideas. The students considered establishing small and medium enterprises to support the country's national economy

  The training  will be held at the Higher Colleges of Technology in Fujairah

Engineering Technical Skills Program:

Only males

A holder of a valid UAE passport, an Emirati passport or a decree granting citizenship

Target age 17 to 27

Resident in Fujairah

 Acceptable level of English Writing and Speaking Minimum: Level 4 of IELTS 

Holds a degree in secondary school, diploma, technical secondary or bachelor's degree

IT Skills & Business Skills:

males and females

A holder of a valid UAE passport, an Emirati passport or a decree granting citizenship

Target age from 17 to 29

Acceptable level of English Writing and Speaking Minimum: Level 3.5 of IELTS or equivalent

Holds a degree from a secondary school, diploma or bachelor's degree
